Mountain Nut was created to be a place where people interested in the local community can come to get informed, involved, improved, and entertained. Not only that, but get access to some tools that let people and businesses actually create useful stuff on the internet themselves. That's what community is all about to us...enabling communication. Our interest is in using technical skills to make web tools that combine PEOPLE + BUSINESS + MEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT and hopefully result in new ways to use the internet to promote Community and Business.
